At Roop Mohini Suits and Sarees Pvt Ltd , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and in packaging them securely for shipment. However, if you receive a wrong or defective product, we are here to assist you.Â
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns and exchanges in cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been received. To initiate the return or exchange process, our team must be notified within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please provide video and photo proof of the damage or wrong product received.
2. Replacement Process
Once the returned product is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or one of equal or higher value. If you choose a product of higher value, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
3. Condition of Products
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Return Shipping
The return of the parcel will be arranged by the customer, and the customer will bear all logistics and transportation charges associated with the return.
5. Damage During Transit
While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, Roop Mohini Suits and Sarees Pvt Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage to Product during transportation. In case of any damage, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
