Delivery Information

At Roop Mohini Suits and Sarees Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver your orders as efficiently and promptly as possible. Please read the following details regarding our delivery process:

1. Order Dispatch

After an order is placed, it will typically be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If there are any delays due to product unavailability, our sales team will notify you promptly to keep you informed.

2. Transportation

Delivery is carried out via transport options that are chosen based on the customer's preference and feasibility. Before dispatching your order, we will inform you about the transportation method that will be used for your shipment.

3. Delivery Timeline

a. For metro cities, the delivery usually takes 5-7 working days.

b. For non-metro cities, delivery may take 8-10 working days. In case of any delays, customers can contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

4. Transportation Slip

We provide the transportation slip within 3 days of dispatching your parcel. However, due to the high volume of parcels, there may be slight delays in receiving the transportation slip from the transport agency.
